Getting a printer to actually work the way it should can be surprisingly frustrating. ProTech IT Solutions takes care of the whole setup — from installation and drivers to wireless configuration — so your printer is up and running without the headache.

Whether you've just bought a new printer, moved to a different router, or can't figure out why it stopped working, our technicians will get it connected and printing properly across all your devices. No more "printer not found" errors.

What's included

We handle full printer installation and driver setup, configure your printer for wireless or wired connection, connect it to your PC, laptop, and mobile devices, and run a test print to confirm everything is working before we're done. If there are any issues, we sort them on the spot.

How it works

After purchase, our team will call you within 1 business day to arrange a convenient time for your setup.
We offer both remote and on-site service — for most printer setups, on-site is the quickest way to get everything sorted.
Sessions are available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (AEST).

Prefer an in-person visit?

We offer on-site support within Melbourne metro for an additional travel fee of $60 on top of the standard service rate.
