Unless the product listing says otherwise, our devices are refurbished or ex-display. We're upfront about that because we'd rather you know exactly what you're getting. It's how we keep great tech affordable, and it's why we grade every device honestly rather than generously.
Product Conditions
Brand New
Sealed exactly as it left the manufacturer, in its original packaging, with no wear of any kind. Nobody has opened it before you.
Open Box
The seal has been broken but the device has never been used. Cosmetically it's indistinguishable from new, with a clean screen and an unmarked body.
Excellent
Looks close to new. Under direct light you might find one or two faint marks, but nothing you'd notice in everyday use. The screen is free of scratches and the body holds its original shape and finish.
Good
Clear signs of previous ownership when you look closely. Expect light scratches or small scuffs on the casing, most often around the edges and corners where devices get handled. The screen may carry a faint mark or two, visible when the display is off but not distracting in use. None of it affects how the device performs.
Fair
Honest, well-used condition. The casing will show noticeable scratches, scuffs or dents, and the finish may be worn in the places it was handled most. The screen can have visible marks that you'll notice even when the display is on. It's the most affordable way into a device, and it still works exactly as it should.
