Fais has been amazing I dealt with the company over Christmas for a pc for my son and they delivered, they called to tell me the one I ordered wasn’t up to their standards and wouldn’t send it so gave me an upgrade instead. Then it arrived just in time for Christmas. I then emailed at the start of April on the hunt for a pc for my daughter. Again Fais and the team were fantastic knew I had specific specs I wanted. When I found one that was in stock it was over my budget however I was offered it with a discount to hopefully be able to get it, unfortunately I couldn’t do split payment with the discount so Fais came up with another solution which I was more then happy to do even though it ment paying the full price. Fais was amazing and I wanted to only purchase through him. So even with all my back and forth and not being certain Fais never made me feel bad and was perfect.
