Refund policy
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy for refurbished items. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns under this policy. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided the following criteria are met:
- You must contact us within 14 days of order to request a return.
- The item is in suitable packaging with no missing or damaged parts.
- The item is in the same condition as it was originally sent.
Please Note:
- Brand-new items are not accepted for return.
- Refunds can only be made to the original account of payment.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs
- Original postage and insurance costs are not refundable.
Warranty Returns
Products purchased from our store will come with 6 months store warranty. If an item is found to be faulty within 14 days, the item will be treated as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Outside of this period, the item will be processed as a standard warranty case. Physical/liquid damage is not covered by DOA or warranty.
DOA Warranty Claims Policy
DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement, given the following criteria are met:
- We are notified of the issue within 14 days of the receiving the order.
Please Note:
- A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us.
- Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Standard Warranty Claims Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the 14-day period will be subject to standard warranty terms. Please contact us to initiate warranty claim.
In case of a defect or an issue, we will address the situation in the following order:
- First, we will attempt to repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- If repair is not possible, we will exchange the product with a comparable replacement unit.
- As a last resort, if neither repair nor exchange is feasible, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
