Order Processing
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During sale periods things get busy, so allow 2 to 5 business days. We never sit on an order longer than we have to, and you'll hear from us the moment yours is on the move.
Shipping Across Australia
We ship Australia wide with trusted couriers, including Australia Post. Once your order leaves us, standard delivery usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Times shift a little depending on your location, and regional or remote addresses can take longer. The occasional delay outside our control happens too. When it does, we'll stay on it.

Same-Day Delivery for Melbourne
This one's for the locals. Order a device for same-day delivery and we'll have it at your door that same day. Just let our team know you'd like same-day when you place your order so we can organise it. Fast, local, sorted.
