Every device sold by ProTech IT Solutions is backed by our comprehensive 12-Month (1 Year) Warranty, giving you complete peace of mind with your purchase.
This warranty applies to all products, including refurbished items, and covers hardware defects under normal use conditions.
Effective from 1 July 2026. Orders placed prior to this date continue to be covered under our previous 6-month warranty guarantee.
What's Covered
- Hardware defects and component failures under normal use
- Manufacturing faults identified within the warranty period
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage, accidental damage, or misuse
- Software issues or data loss
- Normal wear and tear
How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess your claim and provide a resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind returns, a 14-day return window applies with a 10% restocking fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
