What Our Clients Say About Us
Genuinely the best refurbisher in Melbourne. Compared to JB Hi fi alongside other stores you will walk out of here with a better laptop than what they were originally given. They're super friendly and price their goods at deals that are impossible to refuse.
Went above and beyond my expectations. The staff are very thoughtful, and I received great communication and customer service from them. The laptop I received is in great condition, works well with the software I'm using on my PC and generously priced.
I bought an all-in-one refurbished PC online. They called me the same day informing me that the model I bought was not ready and they sent me an upgraded option without an extra charge. Very honest business.
I bought a refurbished AIO from Protech which had a minor glitch when I received it. They were very helpful and responded quickly to remedy it. Very professional. I am happy to recommend them.
