Keeping your business running smoothly takes more than just fixing problems when they come up. ProTech IT Solutions offers a flexible, prepaid business IT support package that gives you access to our experienced team whenever you need us — with no lock-in contract.

Whether it's day-to-day maintenance, setting up new devices, troubleshooting, cybersecurity, point of sale systems, or anything else your business relies on, we're here to handle it. You prepay for a block of hours and use them at your own pace — on-site, remotely, or over the phone.

What's included

Prepaid IT support hours you can use however your business needs. Common tasks include preventative maintenance, printer and email configuration, device setup and management, point of sale support, cybersecurity, and general IT troubleshooting. Packages start from $1,680 and can be tailored to your requirements. We're available weekdays from 8am to 8pm, and on weekends and public holidays too.

After purchase, our team will call you within 1 business day to discuss your needs and get things set up.
Hours can be used flexibly as work comes up — no need to schedule everything in advance.
We keep a clear record of hours used so you always know where you stand.
