Just bought a demo Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 14in Laptop i7 today, May 2025. 4 stars because it's approximately more than one year old already as I check the BIOS date, November 2023. Will update further as I use it. Customer service is very patient.

The best Computer shop around. Period. A friend of mine purchased 2 macbooks pro and was telling me about ProTech IT Solutions amazing products and valuable customer service (so critical especially when buying refurbished devices). I decided to buy a Macbook Air and after an issue with the fan they replaced the unit on the spot, with no questions asked. ~~ProTech IT Solutions~~ Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Knowledgeable and professional! We have had phones, laptops and iPads repaired and even bought our teen’s school laptop from these guys! They sell new Apple AirPods and Apple pens, which I found out too late, as well as other brand new stock! No longer working out of their garage, but in a new location in Ravenhall! Great service, and a lovely family! Glad to have a fabulous local service 🩵

Very friendly and professional, with good knowledge to back up their recommendations. Due to their large stock, they can always recommend the right computer for the job, because they have it! Pricing is great, and the refurbished machines are immaculately clean inside, and thoroughly prepared to a like new condition. Warranty is great and gives peace of mind too. You would think that there would be more computer dealers like this, but there really doesn't need to be, because we have these guys.

I recently purchased a 2 in 1 tablet from ProTech IT Solutions, overall the experience was top tier and the product is second to none. At first, I wasn't sure on what device I wanted, whether it was a gaming laptop, tablet etc and I chose to avoid major retail companies as they're generally less aligned with their customers (my experience). The guys at ProTech spent over one hour with me presenting the most suited products, after taking the time to learn about what I'm actually looking for. Super happy with my purchase as it's honestly the perfect device for me. Customer service - 10/10 Products - 10/10 Price - 10/10 Will be back here for everything computer related in the future.

Well, I ordered a Macbook mid 2011 online and by the time I picked it up he asked me “what will you use it for” so I said for school stuff. Apparently since it’s a very old one it won’t do, he recommended me early 2014 which I can use Microsoft 365 on. Now, oh boy, I’m really liking this. Thing is, they don’t just “sell” gadgets. They look outside the box and identify the needs of their consumers (I got the Macbook for a good price!) Rating it 12 out of 10! Store recommended!
