Called this shop at 5pm with my daughters laptop screen not working and they told me to drop it off. When I was driving home they called me and gave me a quote and I proceeded with it. By 6pm I got a notification lap top was ready. I went to pick it up extremely happy with this level of service. Renzy also helped us with a purchase of a laptop also. Excellent service, I couldn't believe laptop was fixed same day. Thank you so much for the amazing and quality level of service provided us today.
Genuinely the best refurbisher in Melbourne. Compared to JB Hi fi alongside other stores you will walk out of here with a better laptop than what they were originally given. They're super friendly and price their goods at deals that are impossible to refuse.
The original unit I ordered was out of stock. A lot of sellers would've just refunded and moved on. These guys didn't. They worked through several alternatives with me until we landed on something better than what I'd originally paid for. Honest the whole way through, fair on price, and genuinely trying to get it right rather than just get it done. Best experience I've had buying refurbished gear. Won't be going anywhere else next time.
