Had a hiccup with my order but received a refund relatively quickly. I purchased a Mac Mini from their website and paid extra for what was described as an extended warranty. The invoice referred to it as “shipping insurance,” which was a bit confusing, and in my experience, there was no clear documentation outlining the terms and conditions of the warranty. The computer arrived damaged, but after some back and forth, they processed a full refund and covered the return postage very quickly. I appreciate that they valued the customer experience; based on how things were resolved, I’d say they’re worth considering.

The best Computer shop around. Period. A friend of mine purchased 2 macbooks pro and was telling me about ProTech IT Solutions amazing products and valuable customer service (so critical especially when buying refurbished devices). I decided to buy a Macbook Air and after an issue with the fan they replaced the unit on the spot, with no questions asked. Their customer service is exceptional and it is always nice to know that they are there to support their customers. Excellent products and excellent service. We'll definitely come back for more. ~~ProTech IT Solutions~~ Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Knowledgeable and professional! We have had phones, laptops and iPads repaired and even bought our teen’s school laptop from these guys! They sell new Apple AirPods and Apple pens, which I found out too late, as well as other brand new stock! No longer working out of their garage, but in a new location in Ravenhall! Great service, and a lovely family! Glad to have a fabulous local service 🩵

Very friendly and professional, with good knowledge to back up their recommendations. Due to their large stock, they can always recommend the right computer for the job, because they have it! Pricing is great, and the refurbished machines are immaculately clean inside, and thoroughly prepared to a like new condition. Warranty is great and gives peace of mind too. You would think that there would be more computer dealers like this, but there really doesn't need to be, because we have these guys.
